Brian Kopp
Executive Chairman

Brian Kopp, CEO of Phoenix Sports Partners, provides overall strategic direction and oversees Monsterful’s commercial efforts. Brian is a leader in the sports technology space, having served in executive roles for a number of well-known companies. As founder of Stretch 4 Advisory, Brian works with emerging sports technology, data and analytics companies. Previously, Brian served as President of North America for Catapult Sports and Senior Vice President of Sports Solutions for STATS LLC. Brian received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his BA in Economics from Wabash College.

Ryan Warkins
CEO

Ryan Warkins oversees all aspects of Monsterful operations, including product development, marketing, and client services. Ryan has spent his entire career in the sports data and technology field, most recently as Vice President of Global Analytics at Catapult Sports. Ryan began his career at STATS LLC, where he led all product development and analytics related to the SportVU player tracking technology in the NBA. Ryan received his MBA from DePaul University and his BA in Sports Marketing from Indiana University.

Jarett Sims
CSO

Jarett Sims, Monsterful's Founder, grew up within the world of professional sports and is currently serving as the Company's Chief Strategy Officer, with a primary focus on Sales and Marketing strategy and execution. A visionary thinker with a product design and technology background, Jarett is a committed father, husband, and Philadelphia Eagles fan, with a unique ability to bring people together.

Brandon Barnett
CTO

Brandon Barnett, CTO of Phoenix Sports Partners, leverages over 11 years of software and product implementation experience to drive and deliver Monsterful’s product strategy and execution. He derives from a consulting and agency background, having worked on projects with numerous fortune 500 companies. Brandon earned an engineering degree from the University of Michigan, where he discovered his passion of leveraging technology to solve meaningful problems.

Zack Strock
Business Operations Manager

Zack Strock is responsible for the day-to-day operations working across the Monsterful business. Zack is responsible for client onboarding, marketing, and managing the customer support team. Prior to joining the Phoenix Sports family, Zack worked at Catapult Sports – leading technical support for their US business. Zack began his career as a Data Quality Analyst working with the NBA’s SportVu system at STATS, LLC. Zack graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with a BA in Communication and holds a Masters from Northwestern University in Sports Administration.

Andy Vatter
Unity Engineer

Andy Vatter is responsible for the gameplay implementation tied to RibeeVR and the use of a virtual reality bat. Andy also engineers all menu systems and handles the visual data editor for inputting accurate pitching data. Prior to her time at Monsterful, Andy was the Lead Developer for Proto Dome and spent time as a VFX artist. Andy graduated from Boston College with a BA in Video Studies.

Patrick Ried
Director of Baseball

Patrick is a former professional baseball player, collegiate coach, and business owner who founded Texas All Star Baseball Academy in Austin Texas. Patrick is a visionary who implemented Austin's first Arm Care & Recovery training program as well as implementing the First Vision Eye Assessment and Training program when he designed and developed the TASBASTRONG Training program. Patrick's expertise and experience in the vision training space make him an important piece on the Monsterful Sales Team.

Collin Capodice
Business Associate

Collin Capodice is responsible for support and research, along with assisting the marketing team with social media, content creation, and any marketing initiatives across the entire Monsterful business. Collin also provides support at key tradeshows and industry events. Prior to joining Monsterful, Collin worked at Column Technologies and handled all U.S. events, as well as social media and web content creation. Collin graduated from Illinois State University with a BA in Communication and a minor in Business Administration.

Andy Vatter
